Privacy policy

Last updated: 2 September 2026

The short version

There is no account here, so there is no profile to build. We do not ask for your name, your email or an Instagram login, and we do not sell data about you.

What we store

Links you paste are used to fetch the media and are kept briefly in a cache so repeated requests do not hit the source again. The cache holds the content, not who asked for it.

Server logs

Like any web service, our servers record requests, including IP address and browser type, to detect abuse and keep the rate limit working. These logs are rotated and are not used to profile visitors.

What stays in your browser

Preferences such as your chosen theme or language are stored on your device only. Clearing your browser data removes them.

Advertising and analytics

Ads shown on this site may be served by third parties who set their own cookies under their own policies. If a partner is used, its policy governs what it collects.

Downloaded files

Media is served from our storage and expires on a schedule. Files are not tied to the person who requested them.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it.
